My primary areas of practice are Criminal Law and Family Law. I have several years of experience working in both areas of the law at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. 

My legal career began as an associate with Richter Law Professional Corporation in 2018. Prior to 2018 I worked in the legal field for ten years with prominent criminal and family lawyers.

As a criminal lawyer, I have experience in various matters ranging from assaults to homicides. I regularly attend at the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice all over the GTA, Durham Region, York Region and the Northumberland County to speak on criminal matters, including conducting pre-trials, motions and trials. 

As a family lawyer, I have attended in court for conferences, motions and trials, as well as spending a considerable amount of time drafting documents on an out-of-court basis such as Separation Agreements. I work hard to ensure that I receive the best possible outcome for my clients. I make efforts to negotiate an out-of-court settlement to ensure my clients do not have to go through the expense and acrimony of a litigious proceeding in Court. However, when warranted, I will proceed to a court litigation to ensure my client’s rights are protected.

I vigorously endeavour to advocate on behalf of my clients and assist them during difficult times.I strive to continue to protect my clients’ rights and approach every case in a tireless effort to ensure the best possible result whether it be in family law or criminal law.
