Katherine Duncan is a Law Clerk at Richter Grewal LLP focusing on criminal and family law. She assists Lawyers with document preparation, file management and client communications, helping ensure matters progress efficiently.

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice from Ontario Tech University, with a minor in Forensic Psychology. She subsequently graduated from Algonquin College's Paralegal Graduate Certificate program and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario as a Paralegal.

Outside of her legal experience, Katherine has a strong academic research background. While attending Ontario Tech University, she was a recipient of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Undergraduate Research Award. In this role, she worked alongside a Professor on research examining neurocognitive development in neurotypical and
neurodivergent children and adolescents.

Katherine brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to every case she supports. She understands the challenges that often accompany criminal and family law matters and approaches each file with professionalism, empathy, and care.
